Ivailo is a graduated economist bachelor, with a 12 years' succesful career as an ocean freight forwarder with some major forwarding companies in Bulgaria.

During the last 6 years of his career, he was manager for the Bulgarian branch of a huge Signapore based leading company in the container transport business. 

Ivailo is married with Maria, the club's manager. And inspired by her love for horses, in 2018 he decided to drastically change his professional career and to join his wife in her adventure with horses.

Leaving his well-paid corporate office job and trade a warm office and paperclips and pens for mud and wind and horse manure was... well, at least challenging at times. But this path led him to nature, love and harmony. He now has the possibility to make full use of his capacities and at the same time to make a real connection with horses. He loves making use of his hands and likes doing all kinds of repairs and upgrades in the club. 

At the same time, his vast business experience makes it easy for him to take good care of the club's administrative duties and to deal with suppliers and clients whether they are companies or private persons.

He loves and enjoys learning how  to communicate with those amazing creatures that horses are.  And he loves to share what he learned with the people visiting our club. He feels the best  reward he can get for his work is the happy smile on people's faces. The ideal mentality in our club :-)
